This was my New Centerforce Dual Friction Clutch..

This is the old clutch and pressure plate.

Me and Ian worked on getting it in on Saturday and Sunday Mornings. Took some time, we had a hell of a time getting the tranny to slide back into place. But we got it to all work out in the end..

This clutch has very good pedal feel. I think it's actually easier to depress the pedal now than with the stock clutch.
Well the Centerforce clutch couldn't hold all the power the car made.. You can tell it slips in second above 5k RPM and when you're running hard and shift to third, it just bounces off the rev limiter. So I ordered a new clutch from www.Horsepowerfreaks.com which I should receive Friday to install over the weekend for drags again next week. It is a Spec Stage Three High-clamp pressure plate, 3-piece disc with carbon or ceramic material with 6 wing design (pic is of older 4 wing style). This clutch can handle 299 ft. lbs. of torque which I believe should be enough.

I also ordered a ACT XACT Streetlite flywheel. This flywheel weighs less, will improve acceleration and engine response reducing lag time..
