I finally received my intercooler from the guy I bought it from on Ebay.. Back story was he sent it UPS, from Canada and UPS lost it, fuckers.. Which held my turbo project up for months.. Well anyway he sent me the one off his car. It had a few bugs smashed into its' fins but otherwise looked and performed perfect. He also made me 2 1/4 intercooler pipes, now I don't know if he built them for a different type of Honda that is only special to the great North called Canada.. But, dude I had to cut and re-weld the pipes and get some extra pipe just to finish the job.

It is 38 inches wide by 9 inches tall by 2 inches thick. The other one was supposed to be 2.5 inches thick but I think this one is better, I don't know if the extra depth would have worked behind the bumper.

So first I removed the front bumper cover. Now when I measured this, the intercooler that I ordered was supposed to fit perfect without cutting the bumper or anything. Man it just fit perfect..

The upper edge of it just fit behind the bumper and is not too low at the bottom. I didn't want the bottom to hang out and if I hit a bump hit the intercooler. Notice the pipe going thru behind the passenger side headlight, this is the piece the guy from Canada made for me. I don't think it should have been that long or had that bend for boosting the car in front of you in it. The only pipe I didn't have modify or add to was the one from turbo out to the intercooler in, I just had to make a bend up to the compressor and flare out to a 2 1/2 inch end.

Now I had to remove the washer fluid bottle to be able to run my pipe from the turbo compressor to the inlet on the intercooler.

I also cut the plastic shit behind the washer fluid container so the pipe would easily go thru .. I will later use one of my many extra VW/Audi washer fluid bottles that are way smaller than the Honda one and reinstall the bottle here above the tubing.
I also had to cut some of the metal behind the passenger side headlight so I could run the outlet pipe of the intercooler to the intake manifold.

Once the intercooler was all installed I put the front bumper cover on and you can't even notice the intercooler that well from outside because of the mesh grill in the bumper cover.. I like less obvious, that way more people will not know the car is boosted.

Beauty eh!!! Here you can see the piping all done and can't see the intercooler very well.. It's there.. I painted the piping a shitty chrome color, I say shitty because the paint doesn't stick that well and needed many coats to get it where it is.
