This was the interior before, with the trim pieces painted white by the previous owner.. I figured it was time they go and I add a tachometer to my dash.

So I found a '98 Civic Si dash for sale with almost the same exact miles on it as my car has. So I bought it and decided to install it when I did my trim make over. At the same time I also got rid of the stickers on the dash.

Take everything out. I sandblasted all the old white paint off the trim and then coated it with a primer with better adhesion properties. 

I went with chrome as the base color on the trim and then used a diffuser to tone down and darken the color to almost a titanium color. Turned out pretty good for someone who hates painting.

The finished product!!! Looks alot better and I know what RPMs I'm at, instead of just listening to the engine.
